In my many years of immersing myself in Ra Uru Hu’s original transmissions (poring over the raw audios and transcripts straight from the Jovian Archive, testing every layer on my own chart and with clients across the United States and beyond) I’ve watched the mechanics unfold in real time.

CEO turnover is at record highs. Trust in media, NGOs, and traditional leadership structures continues its multi-year freefall.
To put flesh on those bones: Russell Reynolds Associates just released their Global CEO Turnover Index showing 234 CEOs exited their roles in 2025 alone — a 16% jump from 2024 and 21% above the eight-year average. That’s the second straight record year. Even top-performing companies are seeing boards pull the trigger faster.
Meanwhile, the 2026 Edelman Trust Barometer paints an even starker picture: in the U.S. trust in government sits at just 44%, with media and NGOs trailing behind in most developed nations. G7 countries are averaging below 50% trust in either media or government. People are pulling inward, distrusting the old pillars and personally empowering which building their own small circles of reliability.
I see it every day in client charts; the open Head and Ajna centers flooding with conditioning, the undefined G Center desperately looking for direction from the outside, the undefined ego trying desperately to prove it’s value and worth.
Uncertainty isn’t a just the name of my Uranus Opposition (mid-life crisis cross), trite meme or a headline. This fear and uncertainty everyone is under as the power-hungry try desperately to maintain their dominance is the cause of incredible stress and pressure as it’s a regular part of the daily atmosphere.
I’ve felt this transit in my own body for the last six years as a personal health crisis I’ve managed more or less thanks to grit and determination to get to the bottom of what’s happening and why, all the while that electric restlessness mixed with the deep knowing that the old roadmaps are dissolving.
Clients from all over the world message me at all hours, and the overwhelming average reason why they seek me out is “LaVeena, everything feels like it’s crumbling; my job, my relationships, the news; and I don’t know who to trust anymore.” That’s not a weakness. That’s the mutation pressing in on us. A clear sign that you’re ready for the Shift and open to change.
Hence, we witness the mechanical fulfillment of what Ra Uru Hu warned us about decades ago. In his original class Mystic Monologue Change Is In Play, recorded long before we navigated the early days of global shift starting in 2019 and the following disruption of life as we knew it, Ra delivered a crystal-clear prophecy about the final years of the Cross of Planning (1615–2027) and the radical mutation into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix beginning in 2027. He wasn’t speaking in metaphors. He was describing the exact energetic shift we are living through right now: the dissolution of the “conditioning authority” that humanity has relied upon for over 400 years. Watching the corruption and fall of our leaders across ALL industries, the institutions, governments, experts, and collective structures that once gave us a false sense of security, direction, faith and responsibility.
Ra described the Cross of Planning as the era of tribal loyalty, detailed organization, and the promise that “the group will take care of you.” The Sleeping Phoenix flips that script entirely with a mutation of humanity; it’s about raw individuality, the 20/34 definition awakening, the phoenix rising from the ashes of collective dependence. Projectors especially are being called to rise and guide this new frequency, but every type has a unique role. I’ve been tracking transits as and with students since 2012, and the acceleration since the 2020s has been unmistakable: the same gates and channels Ra highlighted are lighting up in global events like clockwork.
And the proof is everywhere in 2026. No part of humanity is left untouched.
Just last week we saw another wave of high-profile CEO exits at Workday, PayPal, and The Washington Post. Tariffs are climbing and the U.S. effective rate is projected to hit 13% early this year amid fresh tensions with China, Panama Canal disputes, and even Greenland becoming a flashpoint again. AI is already displacing entry-level white-collar roles; Stanford’s latest data shows a 13% employment drop for workers aged 22–25 in AI-exposed fields since late 2022.
Meanwhile, people are pouring into cryptocurrency not as speculation but as a bid for self-sovereignty — Grayscale’s 2026 outlook notes institutional adoption accelerating precisely because centralized systems feel unreliable.
These aren’t isolated headlines of the day. They’re the collective energy showing its cracks as the support bridge crumbles.
“There Is No One to Give Your Authority To” Ra Uru Hu
“Cause nobody wants it, nobody wants to be responsible for you.” Ra states with unmistakable clarity.
Look around. Politicians on both sides of the aisle openly admit the system is broken. Corporate leaders step down or are pushed out at unprecedented rates amid economic volatility and trade tensions. Global institutions fracture under the weight of tariffs, geopolitical realignments, and eroding public faith. The Partnership for Public Service’s 2025 survey showed trust in the federal government hovering near historic lows before the latest Pew drop to 17%. Even those who briefly regain power discover the same truth: the old machinery no longer delivers the security it promised. Ra saw this coming. How Do You Survive When the Conditioning Authority Disappears?

If you’ve been studying design for any amount of time at all you know that this is the mechanical answer to the very real survival pressure so many feel in 2026; constantly skyrocketing costs, AI-driven job displacement, geopolitical flashpoints, an increasing movement towards cryptocurrency use, and a global economy the United Nations World Economic Situation and Prospects report describes as entering its weakest three-year stretch in decades.
When the external scaffolding collapses, the mind panics. It searches for the next “authority” to hand decision-making over to; another guru, another political savior, another algorithm, another trend. True to his Manifested 5th line personality, Ra is blunt: that era is over. The only reliable navigation system left is the one built into your own design: your Strategy and Authority.
This is the age of FALSE GURUS. It’s not like all of them intend to put one over on you… It’s just that they can’t be you, therefore, they cannot decide for you. That’s your job now. Take it. Strategy and Authority is the practical technology Human Design has always offered. It is not a belief system. It is a decision-making mechanism that bypasses the mind’s fear-driven conditioning and lets your body, your aura, your unique energetic configuration tell you what is correct for you.

I’ve lost count of how many Generators have told me, “I waited to respond for the first time last month and loved the feeling of no more forcing.” Or Projectors who finally stopped offering unsolicited advice and watched as their recognitions changed and life invited things to shift so that their energy was more protected. This isn’t woo-woo. It’s the bodygraph doing what it was designed to do when the mind steps back.
Transcending Survival Fears in a World Running on Anxiety
Ra drives the point home: “We’re here to transcend the fears of survival, to be able to embrace awareness. You cannot do that if your mind runs your life.”
Open any news feed in February 2026, and you see the mind running collective life: doom-scrolling, polarization, reactive decision-making, fear-based purchasing, and leadership paralysis. The WEF report explicitly links this societal strife to “rising polarization” and “pressures on democratic systems.” When the mind runs the show, awareness is impossible. You stay trapped in survival mode. Human Design interrupts that loop. I have so many Pure Generators that look to me for guidance and then delight in their ability to change their own lives for the better by finally trusting their sacral and listening to their gutteral response (biologically, the reproductive organs) not “the bowels/gut” as popularly misunderstood.
Ra was crystal clear about this in his original material — the Sacral is the reproductive creative center of the being, the powerful motor that gives life to the planet. It sits right there in the pelvic bowl, tied to ovaries and testes, the raw life-force energy that literally reproduces humanity and everything we build. When Generators finally drop the mental story of forcing themselves to loudly affirm through an exaggerated yes (or think it’s that stomach flutter so many misinformed influencers push - stomach is gate 40 and the Sacral overrides the Ego that every time) and tune instead into the deep, primal sacral sounds (the unbidden and authentic “uh-huh” that lights them up or the firm “un-uh” that shuts it down) something profound clicks.
The exhaustion from mental forcing and saying yes to everything that drains them melts away. They start generating sustainable energy and regenerating instead of burning through trying to make things happen that were never for them in the first place. I’ve seen it over and over in my private sessions and group programs: a Generator who used to force projects for years suddenly responds correctly to one opportunity and watches their income, health, and relationships transform radically. That’s not hype. That’s mechanics in action. The Sacral isn’t some trendy intuition hack (intuition is Gate 57 in the Splenic Center). The Sacral is the original source of human availability and reproductivity (be it babies or business) as Ra mapped it.. When you are a Generator and honor your Sacral design exactly as it is, the life stops feeling like frustration and starts feeling ever so satisfying.

You May not Be Not in Charge, But You Do Have a Chance

He offered something better: the mechanical understanding that frees us from the illusion.
